Home Bargains were the first national account to stock e-liquid (Cloud 9 of course) in the summer of 2013. Poundland followed suite in January 2014. The initial order of Cloud 9 was for an initial trial for 50 stores as they wanted to gauge the demand for eliquid!
Poundland stipulated that Cloud 9 must be packed on a blister card which is still the packaging we use today.
